Comment:
If surveyed, CUA students studying poli sci would almost unanimously agree that Dr. Coyle is just not cut out for teaching. A self admitted law school dropout, he somehow made a career teaching constitutional law. He's frequently late to class, never clear on assignments, slow to respond to inquiries, and gives some of the worst lectures ever. RUN!

All I can say is stay away. He gives no guidance and his classes are so unorganized it will drive you insane. His classes are graded on two major tests or a paper and a test, so you have no idea how you're doing until he gives you terrible grade that's worth 50% of the course. I put so much work in, studied every day, and still it wasn't enough.

Comment:
Really ridiculous professor. He showed up on average 20-30 minutes late everyday. I could count on one hand how many times he was on time. He would email us to ensure we wouldn't get up and leave. His lectures boring and hard to follow and he gives little insight into what to expect on tests. The class was fairly easy but a total waste of time.

It was difficult to keep up with him. He had a tendency to get off track and was not clear about his grading policy.
