Dr. Sapp will challenge you and is brutally honest when he needs to be. He is a great teacher however. He has clear, precise instructions that you must follow in order to pass. His classes are tough but I can guarantee you that you will learn enough. Tough teacher but his classes will definitely help you become prepared for the real teaching world.

Wow, Ive never had a teacher be so rude and arrogant in my life. Someone needs to fire him from FSU, he is bringing down the Education program!!!!!!! He seems to think he is running the place. He is a complete JOKE. Watching him teach is hilarious!!!

NO THANKS! His tests are no fun! Very challenging... unfortunately we do not have a choice on a rather small school like FSU! Terrible in grading too - very general, does not correct MY my mistakes but rather sends out a correction of the class overall... usually only three questions. Unfriendly, firm, and not as much of a help at all. Good LUCK!

He is the worst adviser, pretty much useless!!! He didnt know any of the questions I had! What is the point of his job if he doesnt do anything!!! He needs to actually try to help students out...I heard he is a horrible teacher as well.

Worst example of a professor I have ever had. May be OK at the under-grad level, but should never be allowed to teach a graduate level class again. Obviously didn't look at the book before choosing it,and used someones elses syllibus. He didn't have a clue as to how to teach this class.Advice:NO WAY

I think that Sapp has a bad rep.. I thought that he was hard but come on...would you want just anyone teaching your children? I think he is very helpful and understanding. Do not let other students scare you away. My advice..take him and do the work.
