He is a nice professor and he is very helpful. If you attend, participate in the class, answer questions if possible and speak up in the group sessions he will like you. To me, he is a very easy grader. He clerifies your mistakes and he gives rewrite options. He doesn't like long papers but not less than 3. He taught me a lot even though he is easy

Emotional, bias impolite! Don't take him. maybe he gives out As to quite many of the students, he has bias to some students and those who can well please him can get an A (even if they are below standard), otherwise you will be graded unfairly. he just tries to look enthusiastic. i hate him.

He is a professional teacher. He gives a lot of ideas to improve your writing skills. His explanation is very clear which is very helpful. He is a fair graded teacher, if you wanna work hard and always participate in his class, you will get a good grade from him. If NOT, don't expect to much. The best teacher that I've ever had.

He has a little different teaching approach than other instructors. You are in the wrong class if you need the instructor to hold your hand to get over it. You have to pay very good attention in class and work hard at home. But he will give you a lot of chances to re-write your essays and win the class. There will be four essays and two essay exams
