Norgate is an amazing professor, he makes you be interested the whole time, he makes you understand. He is funny but strict. He gives you clues that will appear on the exam, so make sure to catch them. I love this guy haha

He is truly an incredible person! If you get to know him outside of class youll discover it for yourself. He isnt that strict in lectures but he expects you to be respectful. If you dont, he isnt afraid to kick you out. Hes also hilarious and youll find yourself laughing a lot in his lectures. If youre a sensitive person, good luck! LOL

Hilarious guy, knows his stuff and will roast you if you give him the chance! Comes off as a pretty tough but after his first class we realized he was going to make our semester great. Can't wait to have him again next year for PF.

Tough classroom rules. No phones, no talking, can't ask him for notes, and a lot more or je will kick you out. Don't be late for his class or he won't let you in. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff for 10 years of policing. He explains things really well it's hard not to understand something. Ask him about the Nicaragua trip!

James Norgate is the sort of teacher that anyone would love to have. He has a dry cynical humour that not many North Americans understand unfortunately however if you do, he is quite comical. He expects you to respect him by showing up in class and learning. Literally the only way you can fail his courses is if you're a dunce or you don't attend.

Mr. NORGATE is a stand up leader. He acts superior as a former Police Officer as he explains in clear detail to his students in Police Foundations his many years of experience as a Police Officer to mentally prepare his students for the law enforcement field. Comment:

Norgate is by far one of the best professors ever. The amount of stories he shares during class makes my day. His use of the 70's overhead, his constant "yeah" phrase or his pronunciation of "Ni-agras College" haha little things you will never forget about this guy. I actually feel bad for anyone who doesn't get the chance to have him as a prof.
