Comment:

This was a very interesting class. My grade was solely based on the midterm and final because he did not assign homework/quizzes at all. To get an A in this class, you need to pay attention in class, (which is easy because he is hilarious) and study the test prep questions. The books are "optional" because he posts book summaries online.

This class has 3 grades (midterm (30%), final (40%) and participation (40%)). Make friends in the class and exchange numbers - the only way he does participation is if you're signed in (if you get what I mean). The class is actually pretty interesting sometimes. If you memorize the study guide, you will get an A. Do not buy the books!

Comment:

Dr. Primm is an awesome Professor who is realistic and up to date on world issues. I took his intro class and enjoyed it, we did class surveys which pertained to the lectures. Some days were long but as long as you pay attention to the lectures and read the books the class will go fine. The review packets before the tests are a lifesaver.

Pretty liberal and Cambodia-promoting, his night class is pretty long, lecture-based with a movie. Different from the easy INTR 1000 class, I took with him in freshman year.

He is one of the best professors in HPU. His lectures the subject relating it to you to keep you interested. Fun discussions, watch videos, very chill. He gives you a study guide and you will easily Ace the test if you study. He makes you read books, but I didn't read any of them but i passed with an A :)

There wasn't any real linear direction in this class... Never knew WHAT we'd be learning about week to week or how it had anything to do with what we had learned the week before. But he's a nice guy and a pretty easy grader. Do your work and suffer through the boring movie each week, and voila! You just made another A.

Comment:

I had him for International Relations. He is an AWESOME teacher. Keeps himself updated on what's going on politically and very opinionated about political issues going on. Just go to class and listen you'll see what I mean. =)
