Not your normal step class - they need to rename it to Cardio Weight Training since you use weights with the steps. High intensity and you look and feel "fabulous" if push yourself to go the extra mile, not to mention, the exercise helped me get better grades in my other classes! You need to show up. Guys can take this class too.

In terms of grading, this class is an easy A. All you have to do is show up and pass 2 tests on working out and muscle groups. In terms of the actual workout, this class is hard but absolutely worth it. She pushes you really hard, cares about teaching you the correct way to workout, and is fun to be around. It's a great way to get fit.

Super nice lady. Class actually gets you in shape. Left the semester feeling much more confident in my appearance and abilities. Take this class if you're looking for a decent cardio workout. It's fun and motivating for sure

Joanne is an awesome fitness coach. She makes the class engaging and fun and really wants you to be healthy and fit. She can be a bit crazy, VERY talkative and LOVES attention, but if you can get past that and focus on the workout, she will get you in shape.

She really makes you work your butt off , but in a fun way! She works you out hard, but it's tons of fun! After this class, I really found myself getting fitter! I'd definitely take this class again if I could!

O M G. YOU NEED TO TAKE A STEP AEROBICS CLASS WITH HER. SHE IS AWESOME!! i loved every single class. she really loves her students and she really works you out. if you want to get in shape in a fun way.. take her classes. SHE'S THE BEST. i wish i could take her class 5 days a week for a whole year! i want her to do more classes! cnat get enough

Her class is extremely fun. Just show up to class and you'll pass. There is a midterm but she gives you the answers before hand. I've lost 10 lbs in this class and i;ve never felt better.

Fun class, but I think she could be insane. Much, MUCH too perky. Not good perky, but scary get away from me perky. Can be a little mean if you aren't a quick learner, but otherwise okay.
