I've had Dr. Bridges for most of my classes at GMC, and I think he is the best professor I've ever had. He took a chance on me when I wanted to join the CRJ program, after failing in Nursing. He took me form a D- to a B+, A- student. It really is a shame that he's no longer at GMC and has such a bad stigma amongst the general student population.

No other teacher that I have ever met has been as passionate about the discipline and the students as he. It doesn't take a "know it all SOC major" to see that the man always has something valuable to share. With him you think critically, and with him you develop an imagination that is so needed to defy the madness. Be ready to get off your ass!

I had him for Soc. Strat. and I heard nothing but horror stories. When I had him, I realized the sociology majors must just suck at writing papers, bc that is the only way you can fail if you study. He's a tough grader, but he definitely knows his stuff... I think he is funny and interesting:)

The man is crazy hard thinks that you only have one class and its his if youre a soc major you have to take him at least 3 times my advice if this is the case students ban together all agree to fail and hope for the best with his curving system
