I took her the second half of spring and it was not that bad. Theres a 175 word limit for discussion posts and you have to reply two others, which is not that bad. Overall material was interesting and was easy to manage!

I am so glad I took this class. She made the lectures very interesting and to the point. It made me want to take more Anthro classes. Initially, I was scared of taking this class because of a previous professor but I honestly enjoyed it. The work was not difficult. As long as you do the work you will get a good grade. I definitely recommend it.

She's a nice teacher and the class was fairly easy. But there were a couple activities that we had to do which I found kind of strange and unnecessary, like going to cemeteries to observe gravestones or collecting garbage samples. Nice class though.

for her online class it was fairly easy. you have to post to the topic of the week and the data exercise of the week. each is five sentence submission. 4 quizzes are 10 questions. mid term and final are 45 questions. all answered in lecture. one term paper worth 20 points, so you can still get a B+ if you decide that easy paper is too hard for you.

I don't think this is a easy A class, though I eventually got an A. People who want to take her course mostly believe they have papers from previous students, however, she has noticed this bad phenomenon and pretty much change her question. SO try to work hard! The textbook is as important as her module. Make sure to read all the things to get A.

i mean, i got an A so i'm guessing it's easy (even though I don't really know how I managed that). she's a really slow grader and super disorganized. constantly needs to be reminded to post quizzes etc. also the reading schedule is kinda messed up. 1 chapter one week, 5 chapters the next. don't fall behind.

It may be easy for most, but just like everything else in life, you get what you put into it. If you want to learn about anthropology, this is a good class to take.

Well organized class. I learn a lot from this class. I took this class on-line and no attendance count. However, it's better to visit the web site a few times/week to get updated information or Q&A sessions. Date project was fun to write.

Professor Davidson is super nice and always responds to your questions either the same day or the next at the most. Easy class if you do all the reading and understand the material. One big project and quiz every other week. Overall, easy and cool class to take!

Well designed online course. Does require self-motivation but subject fascinating so that's easy. Limited discussions but honestly, have often felt spending time on other students' posted opinions may not be best use of my time in learning a subject, so didn't miss it. Teacher easily accessible. Only ding is "Burning Times" film-seems hyperbolic.

This is the Archaeo class, took it online. Easy A basically. Unlike most online classes, NO mandatory discussions. Quiz about every two weeks or so, five quizzes total, midterm, final. One paper and another paper for extra credit if needed. You can ask questions and have it answered, but you can just read the modules to get pretty much everything.

Hard subject. People who say the class is easy are cheaters who look for answers online. Try reading the textbook and taking the class legitimately and youll know why physical anthro is hard!

Very easy A but you won't learn anything unless you study on your own, like most online classes.

I took the class online. Easy A. Quiz every other week or so, one midterm one final one project. Not a lot of work but interesting class. You will learn ONLY IF you actually read the materials posted on the site. But you'll still do find if you don't; just that you won't learn a thing from this class.

I took the online class and thought it was super easy! The book isn't necessary at all because all the notes are online and you're free to use them during quizzes/tests. Probably the easiest online class I've ever taken. WIN!

I probably would have more to say had this class been an actual lecture. I took the online class and did not like it. Max is helpful, but I don't feel there was enough emphasis on getting us to learn. We had a list of readings, and too weekly tests. I didn't learn much since there was no discussion. Anthropology classes are best with discussion.

Some test q's are tricky, its not 100% super easy. However GREAT, take during summer/short term and take other classes along with it. It dosn't take all your time. I DID use the book for index for tests, so I would buy the book. You do need to spend time on tests though, open for a few days. I got an A, :)
