I really enjoyed going to Dr. Atkinson's lectures, even though I found him a little all over the place and very difficult to follow for those handwriting (which I prefer). Genuinely nice man who loves doing what he's doing. Even though I had some difficulties with his slides/lectures I did very well in the class. Fair professor, great man.

Professor Atkinson is by far the BEST prof i have ever had.. he is soo laid back and his teaching method is great!! i came to class jsut to listen to him talk becaue his class is so interesting! and hes soo smart and to top it off hes pretty hot.. i'll admit it i have a HUGE crush on him.. to bad hes leaving for western:(

Can not think of any complaints, except why can't he teach all the classes?! So interesting and one of the few reasons I stayed in the program. I'm hoping to have him again in the future. Not an easy marker, but I did well in comparison to other courses simply because I enjoyed his courses so much. BEST PROF! Really cares about students & his work.

This prof is the by far the best teacher I have ever had. He is soooo intellegent, and able to make sense of whatever you are trying to say. He is so helpful and really seems to have an interest in students success. His opinions and studies are sooo interesting, and I feel it a privelage to have been in his class

The class was so much better than expected, and only becuase He was the Prof. He is insighful and intelligent and very captivating. He is extremely accomplished and yet, not cocky like most professors at Mac who are so brilliant. I really enjoyed his class, and love love love him!! (Hard marker, but fair, and very encouraging)

An amazing young professor at McMaster. Approaches teaching with excitement, brilliance and considerate engagement.Do not want to miss this class. Very approachable and understadning. Not the easiest marker but definitely very fair.

He IS cool & UBER intelligent. Theoretical understanding is astounding, teaching methods infinitely interesting and his approachability makes him one of the greatest profs at Mac. An accomplishment for a prof so young! He's going to be a super star & we got to take his class, how lucky are we!

In a word...brilliant. Has opened a whole new way of thinking to me. Not the easiest of markers, but he is extraordinarily fair. Doesn't try too hard to be cool (this person get a bad mark?). Would be a mistake to miss taking his classes....especially 4GG3. Kudos & thank you Dr. Atkinson..u rock!
