Comment:

Ogden knows this stuff but unfortunately he isnt a very good teacher. His lectures are helfpul but he expects you to be great when you are hands on in the studio. This would be fine if we got time to practice but he always switches around the times and is very unreliable. Ogden is good when he's there but for me, he often wasn't.

Comment:

Really knows his stuff and you will learn a lot. However, if you are a broadcast journalism student, be ready to be treated differently by him and his film students. He brainwashes them to think that broadcast journalism students don't know anything. Don't let him walk over you.

A lot of people think that Ogden is a jerk, but honestly, thats what makes him an impactful instructor. He has worked all over the film industry and knows his stuff. Show up to class, show interest, pay attention and you will do fine!

Comment:

Dr. Ogden is by far the best prof I have had the pleasure to have. Ogden puses his students to their highest level and strives to help every student, espeically those that show extreme interest. Ogden knows his sh*t and is always happy to help 24/7. Some dislike him as he is extremely tough, but why go to school if you don't want to be challenged!

Dr. Ogden happens to be one of my heros - he knows his stuff and challenges students, how a prof should be. I know many that dislike the man, but if you don't want to work hard at classes and out of class activities, why are you at school??? Dr. Ogden I think is #1 on my best professors list.

Ogden is a great teacher in that he tells you exactly what you will need to know for his test. That being said he his test can also be hard because he knows that he has already told you everything that you need to know for his test.
