Comment:

Guidance 2 was very easy, just show up and do the work but Monica is very passive aggressive, negative, and incredibly defensive. I had to be careful with how I phrased questions or comments for fear of her snapping or responding rudely. The Puente Project was a great program but it needs to be run by someone more patient and compassionate.

I had Monica for the Puente Program! She is such a friendly, caring, humble prof. I enjoyed being a part of her class & being able to meet my fellow classmates that became my Puente Fam. Highly recommend getting to know Monica she brings hope to keep on moving forward with your education!

Monica is an amazing teacher! She literally cares about her students so much that she cried on our last day of class when she started to talk about how proud she was to have met all of us. I still go to her for all my counseling needs and she's helping me stay on the right track for transfer. Definitely recommend for everyone!

Wow, Monica is a great person. Will try her hardest to help in any way possible. She is very busy. I do not remember taking any tests in her class except a final. Will have to write one or two papers. Some homework from the book. Lectures on key points in the book.
