Tough, but fair. I'd give her an A as a professor because she will make sure you learn the stuff. If you work hard, you will surely get an A. Downloadable PowerPoints make it easier and lessen the note-taking, but you have to do and re-do the labs. She's always available if you need help.

Excellent professor. Unlike many cs profs, she makes sure every student gets everything - walks around and helps everyone with any problems. Of course many drop out, but that's expected of cs. Exams are a bit ciritcal math thinking oriented. Typical exam Q - write a nested loop to print out a letter "x".

easy class if you're not an idiot, all her lessons are done on powerpoint and she provides all the slides on her site so if you miss anything all of it is available, tricky grader, show some interest in british humor and she'll make you her favorite (she's english)
