Can't even teach what so ever. Just makes us go to the study guide and doesn't even help us understand the lesson. Whenever I go to him for help he just makes us ask our classmates for help instead.

Another student wrote his course was a waste of money - that is the fault of UoP, not Shrivastava. He is an excellent professor bound to an out-of-date curriculum (at least when I went through the BS/IT program).

Brilliant man but difficult to evaluate teaching style. Coursework was essentially completed in previous database class. This made this class a waste of money.
