Grades wrong, makes students double check his grading, then still gets it wrong. Gives a quiz just about every class. Lectures contain him talking loosely about topics, then provides no substance. Requires you to read text book in order to actually learn anything. Will attempt to work with you if you need assistance, but will provide nothing.

This class was mostly interesting and fun. Prof. leans left a little, but looks at both sides of politics and government. Hes smart, funny Has actual videos of Congress and other political stuff that are hilarious... He really help me out with my final project. Not the easiest, but the best class of my semester

Avoid him! I was out one day for medical purposes and missed a test. I gave him a doctors note and he would not allow me to make it up. He also gave so much reading material besides the text. He is also a very hard grader. I am a "B" to an "A" student so I know its him and not me.

Reading the textbook is mandatory, I was able to earn a B+ without the textbook, using only library time. While he is a hard grader and very straightforward with the Syllabus, every word on the syllabus and assignments he means! have an open mind and ask for help, not a bad teacher at all, definitely more dificult than a 104 class requires though..

Mr Reifler is very monotone, but once you get to know him he is very nice. He's extremely helpful regarding any grade you received. Study and read! You will pass this course if you actually put forth effort.

great teacher! yes it is a hard class but if you read the material he gives you and actually study before the weekly quiz you will do good. likes when you put lots of facts nd no "fluff" in ur essays. can come off as mean at first but is actually very helpful if u speak with him and nice. also tests are graded on a curve which is a plus

I CANT STAND HIS CLASS. HE IS COCKY AND DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. He goes back in forth from topic to topic and makes people sound stupid. he thinks his views are better than everyone else's

Class was based on his liberal views of politics, demonstrated a strong dislike once he found out I am in the military. He enjoys making inaprpriate inflammatory comments about republican views. If your a liberal democrat you will enjoy this class and probably get an A, if not you will fail.
