Not hard at all. Just do the hw- takes 20 min. 10 quizzes based on the hw. 4 tests based on the quizzes- vry easy. He's alot of fun and is very passionate on the subject. You go to college hoping to find teachers as fun, passionate, and caring as he is. went to fill my NSC requirement and left loving the subject. you'll enjoy the class- trust me.

Professor Cavello is such a sweet teacher! Gives a lot of homework and papers to do but it all pays off in the end. He also gives you a lot of extra credit opportunities that are added to your final grade which really helped me out. Didn't have to take the final either which was a plus. Friendly guy and tries to keep the class interesting!

His class was very organized and clear. If you keep up with the work, it's a very easy course to master. He is funny, and really enjoys teaching. I took computer science with him, and really learned a lot from his lessens. He was great, and its a shame he is retiring!!!

He is the man...i slept everyday as a freshman in his 8 am class took his tests and did his hw got an A and he told me i could sleep all i want as long as I do good....and then never had to take the final...cake walk

He is amazing! I've taken him for comp sci & astro and neither myself or my GPA regret it! He is so caring and interested in the students doing well & goes out of his way to help. Gives alot of extra credit & wants u to do well, total ball buster and super funny... hes so good that I signed the bottom of my anonymous teacher evaluation. TAKE HIM !

He's the best professor I've ever had. The workload may seem overwhelming at first, and the material isn't easy, but Professor Cavello makes the class fun. He offers lots of extra credit too, and chances are if you show up to class and show you care you'll end up with a decent grade.

the BEST teacher at Hofstra by far. The material isn't the easiest, but he makes the class fun and interesting. A decent amount of work but he gives so many opportunities to do well with lots of extra credits because he really cares about his students. Just an overall nice guy and great teacher. Would definitely recommend that everybody take him!!

Cavello is one of the best profs I've had at Hofstra. The material of this course isn't extremely easy, but if you go to class and at least skim the book you will do fine. He tells you exactly what to study and he makes the class fun. He gives SO many extra credit opportunities to increase your grade. Very helpful and easy to talk to! Great prof!

i swear, prof Cavello is one of THE BEST teachers at Hofstra! cavello was nice enough to let me transfer into his class even though he had a full class already. as intimidating as the class seemed, i stuck to my decision of staying and do not regret it at all because his class was worth it! he is the nicest, coolest teacher EVER. TAKE HIM!!!
