Great teacher, but people have trouble in his class. If you want to do well, read the book. Listen to his lectures. Take notes. You're in college, damn it. Some people don't like him, but that's because they are too lazy to learn. He's a great teacher and after his class I had a great understanding of Economics.

Professor Daigle definitely knows the material very well and provides great notes for his students. If you understand the notes and can follow the examples, do a bit of reading and a few homework problems and you'll be fine on the exams.

Not a good teacher, he really isn't. He's a great guy, really nice, but he has lost his touch with students. He knows the material so well, so he speeds through, while 85% of the class does not understand a thing. I learned hardly anything in the lecture, which are awful, but did well because i outlined the book myself. Believes a C is a goodgrade

Very good at teaching ECON. Notes are given in handouts and he goes over everything. Teaches on a schedule and is very clear. I wish he taught 201 next semester.

Daigles class is boring and requires a bit of work on your part to do well. If you read and do the homework that he doesnt check youll do fine. He uses slides mostly which i dont like but thats no big deal. Like the previous poster said. Hes got his lectures down to a science.

Very good professor. Dr. Daigle is extremely helpful and explains economics in a very clear way. This class does take some work, but Dr. Daigle is there to help. He is extremely intelligent and makes the material very understandable.

Overall class was easy, need to show up at least twice a week, just to understand what is going on. Uses real life examples in class which are helpful yet distracting at points. Gives you notes for the chapters and tells you test distribution. Just study for tests and sould be fine.

Macroeconomics with him was a piece of cake. He's such a nice old guy. Multiple choice tests aren't hard if you study. Gives handouts so you don't really need a book. No projects or other b/s. Daigle is the best!

Daigle is the Man! Econ is a hard topic for most people so don't expect to get an A no matter who you take it with. He gives you the notes and the tests aren't as bad as other people say. He jokes with his students a lot.

I took the course once with him and failed, I took it again with him and never missed one class and he still gave me a D. His tests are hard and confusing. You must stand out in class in order for him to notice you. He speaks english which is good. Subject matter very hard.
