This class is pretty easy and straightforward as long as you read the textbook. Theres a quiz due every week and sometimes an assignment and an exam also. A couple of the assignments are group projects which are sort of tough if you want to save it until last minute.

Took this professor over summer...bad idea, everything was crammed at the end and didn't allow for much actual learning. Pretty easy to get an A. Don't need the book unless you don't understand something in class (which is very possible) and you want to understand it. Tests come straight from lecture notes and handouts.

Comment:

He has unrealistic expectations of his students and has not fully learned the English language. While it might have been amusing listening to his jumbled speech at first, it quickly becomes frustrating. If you are interested in adding an F to your GPA and wasting several hours of your life each week, i strongly suggest you take this class.

great professor, explains everything in detail. Exams are short and to the point, no trick questions. HIGHLY rec. I pass'd with min. effort. The notetaking guide helps out. Attendance not required, but should go b/c u may miss out on points & turning in hw/quizes. Would take again.

Could not understand him. Ask one question and he will answer another entirely! Doesn't understand what u r saying, so it works both ways. Went to every class, read the book, then on the day of the final I met up with another student & in 10 minutes the entire class made sense! That's all it took! He is a terrible teacher.

claims to be real hard, but he will work with you and make sure you understand. study for tests, pretty tough. accent can sometimes be hard, but he tries. overall good class. finance is NOT my area, but i passed with a B- to my shock!

Im a "C" student... I got a B+. The project and the quizes really help the grade out. The first test was middle of the road. The 2nd was easy (I got a 90... Haven't had that since 2nd grade!!!). the 3rd was the hardest. Defititely take this course with him.

Comment:

Has an accent, but does try really hard to talk slowly and writes things on the board that he cannot pronounce. You need to understand basic accouting to do well. YOU MUST HAVE THE NOTE TAKING GUIDE. Sometimes he goes beyond what is needed for the class in his explinations, which is confusing for some students. If you try you will pass.

He is a Good Teacher. Little bit hard to understand. I dont no why he made final exam hard otherwise i would end up with A. Just study slides, homework do the project and you would get B. Book is just optional.

Accent makes him hard to understand, but he knows his stuff. Pretty good sense of humor too. He knows he's hard to understand, and will repeat everything if you ask NICELY. Class is easy if you do the homework and use the notetaking guide.

This class is ridiculous. It proves that people can be lazy and get away with it. Also, it's awful they put a teacher in this type of class with absolutely no experience in real estate. But I guess most students would like to have a joke of a class...I basically just wasted my money.

Good guy, his accent is very strong which makes him hard to understand, u just have to listen very closely. If only the accent was fine, he would be a GREAT teacher. I almost got an A.

He is hard to understand with his strong accent, but he is aware of it and acomidates by wirting everything. He runs a very democratic style sylabus; he will change the sylabus to make it easier for the students, such as droping lowest grade, and postponing test dates if students need more time.

Yes he is a little hard to understand, but he is a good teacher(a bit fast) but he is more than willing to help EACH student out. He really cares about the student, I'm guessing it's because he is taking classes himself too(just found that out).The class is not too hard if you study the study guide.

2 words: Language Barrier!!! The course is not that difficult. Thank God for Power Point. Invest in the study guide because it is a life saver. He is so difficult to understand, but he tries.

You cant understand a WORD he says!!! You seriously have to teach yourself the material. It is not that hard of a course if you are good at learning on your own. He is very nice, lenient and easy going (does what students suggest) but so very difficult to learn from.

Very strong accent; hard to understand what he says. He does care for his students and does a great job to try to help you above and beyond. test is actually very easy if you study the practice exams and homework. IF you can deal with the accent, i would reccomend this class.

Excellent professor, tries very hard to accomadate everyone and their different learning curves. He wants you to understand the material and will spend as much time as you need to understand it. Very Good Professor
