My very first writing class of my college career, I took her class a few years ago but I really liked her a lot. I thought she was fair in her grading and expectation. I did really well in her class. I found if I just stick to the topic and include the methods that she talked about in class in my writing style, then it becomes a pretty easy A.

Dr. Ingham was by and large one of the worst professors I have ever had. She misses classes, does not keep students informed of upcoming assignments, regularly teaches material in a a confusing or even wrong fashion, sometimes she does not seem to understand the material herself, and rarely, if ever, goes beyond reading her class handouts verbatim.

Useless and unhelpful. She replied with comments that she was "confused" about what work was sent to her, which made two of us who were confused except she is the teacher.

Sometimes is not the best at explaining, might be hard for non-native English speakers at times. She's nice and willing to help, class isn't hard, homework isn't heavy. FYI: she likes travel writing and your assignments may reflect this. Overall, I think she's a pretty decent professor. No major complaints! Very friendly!

She's one of the greatest writing teacher I've ever had. Evan Davis was my worst nightmare. She's so clear on what she wants you to write in papers, and if you have trouble with writing, she's not the guru for that. There's a writing center. She can't control your thoughts and ideas, she can only help you with them.

Teaches argumentative writing, which I was not interested in at all. But I got an A. She tells you exactly what you need to know, and can clearly explain things to you. The only times class was canceled was on test days, where we took the test in the testing ctr at our convenience. She wants you to succeed and will help you do it.

Zita is bar none one of the worst teachers a person can have. While she is a nice person and can be interesting on a personal level she has no ability to teach. When she is in class, cause she cancels often, she tells you nothing but the assignment and if asked for assistance tells you nothing. Avoid if at all possible and go take Favilla.

Did not learn a thing from her class. You are mostly on your own to write the papers. She lets you out after fifteen minutes or less sometimes, and you won't even have class for a couple of weeks. If you are looking for an easy A, she's definitely the lady to go to. But if you want to learn and improve your writing skills, steer clear of this one.

The other raters obviously do not know what a real college professor is like. Zita will make you hard for a good grade, and if you're not prepared for that, it's your problem. She knows her subject really well, and you can benefit immensely from her classes.

Zita is way too focused on her own opinions and its rare for her to accpet new ideas. She has very very little interest in her students. She has almost no passion for her subject anymore and as a advisor she inspires no confidence to suceed.
