Comment:

I jumped into a human biology class without thinking about it (I was, at the time, an art student in a room full of pre-meds), and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. His experience outside of being a teacher made lectures fun and engaging. The lab tests are difficult, but he gave every opportunity needed for the class to do well.

Comment:

Took Dr. Campbell summer quarter and with anatomy being as hard as it is I wouldnt be able to push through it without his help. Thanks to Dr. Campbell he helped me get through it no matter how many times I wanted to quit because it is a hard class but he makes learning easier and explains things so well and he answers questions without hesitation.

dIdn't think it's possible to get through this class but prof Campbell gave me all the confidence needed to get through this course with his help I was able to improve my grades and knowledge. I love the way he explains things and lectures.

Hands down the BEST biology professor EVER not to mention he is a Dr in. real life. He is smart, intelligent and caring of his student's. Always eager to help, if it wasn't for his lectures I don't know how I would get through biology A&P course. I HIGHLY recommend taking Dr. Campbell, you won't regret it.

Dr. Campbell is one of the best instructors on campus. He is very willing to help in any aspect he can and he is very knowledgable and has great stories. I highly recommend him. If you dont do well in his class it is because you didnt participate. A&P is difficult as it is and Dr. Campbell makes it all make sense.

Dr. Campbell is an amazing prof for lab. He is always willing to answer questions and really wants you to pass the class. He is a pretty funny guy too, always has good stories to tell and doesn't try to make you memorize things that aren't important. I am taking him again for 242L and I would highly recommend him.

Awesome professor! A&P is a difficult course and Dr. Campbell works hard to help his students understand the concepts. His labs are awesome, he is great at explaining everything you need to know. Tests are straight forward over lecture material with extra credit. He is a very nice guy too. I highly recommend taking one of his courses or labs!

A&P is already a difficult class, and Dr. Campbell doesn't give any slack. You are expected to show up to all classes, and be prepared to study a ton! Aaron was a great teacher though, always willing to answer questions :) He tries to bring some fun into dull topics, but does go on rants here and there haha. He made the class fun though :)

Dr. Campbell had wonderful insight into pretty much every topic we covered in both lecture and lab of intro to biology. I would definitely recommend him as long as you are willing to pay attention in class and dont mind studying for weekly exams. All in all one of the best teachers I have ever had especially for summer quarter.

definitely a tough professor, but a great one. he really knows what he's talking about and he makes a point to make sure the students know what they'll need to know for his tests, which are weekly. he teaches from powerpoints, so no textbook. however, it's useful to print out the powerpoints as he can move fast.

I took professor Campbell's lab and lecture class it was great! If you take just the lab it is a lot of work for 1 credit. if you are looking for a filler class and not good with memorization then his lab class will not be enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and detailed willing to help weekly quizs in lecture. His lectures are of PP no book needed.

Dr. Campbell is an amazing professor. His quizzes are challenging but study the lecture slides and GO TO CLASS! He has questions on the quizzes that are taken from things he said in lecture. Have quizzes every week with 20 questions and 1 or 2 extra credit questions. I learned so much from this class and lectures were very interesting.

Campbell is the best lab professor EVER! He's so clear cut on what you need to learn and is eager to help you whenever possible. No homework, just make sure you show up for labs or else you're not going to do well. Put in the effort and you'll be rewarded. He's friendly, hilarious, and all around a great teacher!

The first quarter, I wasn't thrilled with him as a professor, but during the 2nd and 3rd quarter he was really helpful and was great at answering questions- even repeats. He definitely helped me do well in lab. I'd recommend going to his labs even if you aren't signed up if you need extra help in A&P.

He was a funny guy but didn't think he was that great of a teacher. Was really confusing and didn't explain things clearly. Takes forever to return emails and texts. I would study hard for quizzes and still wouldn't do well cause he worded things so weirdly.

I took him for A&P 251, 252 lab. I did not enjoy him the first term. I didn't feel that he was very friendly or helpful. But, the second time I took him, he was awesome! Much more approachable, and helpful! His mock practical's are super helpful, so be sure to take them! Show up to lab. Study hard. Don't ask too many questions. Laugh at his jokes.

Aaron is a great teacher and will answer questions in a way that you can understand. I only took this class to fulfill a science credit, but it was fun and enjoyable. As long as you pay attention and do the reading, you will be fine.
