I took CJ 102 in a 3-week online session from this professor. He had us read a lot of material, but all of it was useful and interesting. He outlines very clear guidelines for all assignments and is easy to contact. This course was not very difficult, but Professor Giacomazzi made it worthwhile. I would recommend him to anyone.

Andy is amazing. This was my first time taking him. I took a 3 week summer session but Im bummed I could only have him for a professor that short of time. Super accommodating! Super nice and super easy to get ahold of outside of class. Definitely going to take him again if Im able to! 100% recommend him if you need to take a cj class!

By far one of my favorite professors. Any of his classes I would recommend just because he's a great professor. He tells a lot of dad jokes, but you get use to it. You won't feel as if you are wasting time sitting in class. All material is beneficial in some way. He is always wanting to see his students succeed.

Andy is literally one of the best teachers I have ever had. He is always there to lend a listening ear and he leads amazing class discussions. I could listen to him talk for hours. You really out of what you put into his classes.

his CJ102 class is a waste of time he goes on and on with lengthy stories trying to be funny but in the end failing. takes a basic concept and stretches it out so long that you wake up 20 minutes later and are like wait? we are still talking about that? he's not a bad guy hes super nice and knows his stuff, he justs wastes your time.

I love Dr. Giacomazzi! He is a great instructor and lecturer. He is interesting, funny, and kept the class moving. However, his test are not easy- you have to read, attended, participate, and study. You do have to work for your grade.

I took Introduction to Police from him during the summer time and thought it was awesome. He grades on how well you got the job done. I felt as if it was fair and he even offers extra credit if you arn't content with the grade you have. His lectures are interesting.Would take more classes from him.

He is such an awesome teacher! He keeps things fun and interesting. He is hilarious and can always keep the class laughing! I would highly recommend taking his class! His tests are not too hard if you study, but he does take questions straight from the powerpoints.

A very easy and fun teacher for all grade type levels. He makes an ideal classroom fun and makes you think! ( Who would've thought??) His experience and knowledge on the procedures and beliefs of police officers everywhere, very fun, take his class!

Dr. Giacomazzi set clear expectations, fostered great class discussion and gave relevant-real world examples to all important subject matter. Great balance of lecture and small group assignments. Exams related directly to class discussions and graded extremely fair. I would recommend Dr. Giacomazzi for any CJ major or anyone in need of electives.

I took his summer class, and i absolutely loved it!I was looking forward to friday! He really knows what he is talking about, he is very pleasant and organized, and you don't really need to take an extensive amount of notes, since everything he says is so interesting, you'll remember it!
