This teacher was the best teacher i took. She was so sweet, so cute and she could make everything so interesting. I am a bit sad for others as she is retiring this month. Her quizzes are exactly whats on her study guide. I LOVE HER.

This teacher is AMAZING! She made me want to go to school. I wish I could take her in every subject. She is hands down the most compassionate, organized, and fun teacher at Cypress and you actually learn! You will leave class talking and wondering about what you just learned, she really engages you! She's retiring very soon so take her ASAP!!!!!

One of my favorite classes. Her lectures and in class activities are all so fun and interesting. She supplements her notes with videos and real life examples. She gives study guides for exams and is not a hard grader. She cares about her students alot and is genuine about helping them learn. Also offers extra credit!

This teacher changed my life. It's true what you may have heard about her. She is a champion. She is educated, kind and compassionate. Mrs. Russo truly cares for her students. The topics in class were so interesting they came to life before our very eyes. Prior to this class Lecture came from the book and her notes. Easy A. Take her.

Prof. Russo is an amazing teacher! She is really sweet, kind, and generous. She does not have favortism. She loves sociology and her students. You can use notes while you're taking test. There is one research paper, but it's not a hard assignment. She is about to retire, so take her asap! (:

Prof. Russo's class has been my favorite of my college career so far. She was really sweet, the material was interesting, and the discussions were fun. If you make sure you stay on top of the reading and work she assigns you'll get an A in her class no problem.

Very nice and sweet lady. Used the 6th edition to skim through and got an easy A in the class. Do study guides ahead of time to get the answers and use on test. She is uses different variety of teaching styles almost everyday. Offers extra credit, but not really necessary because this is an easy A.

This class was very interesting. She is a nice lady. There are a lot of group activities in the class, which were rather fun. Always a joy to come to this class. She gives study guides, but you would do well to read the book too. As long as you read the chapters in the book its an easy A. And fun too. Recommend her. :)

I took her Sociology 101 Honors class (first honors class ever). Mrs Russo was such an amazing teacher. She made the material fun, relevant, and interesting. I was having a lot of problems outside of school affecting my work and she always cut me a break and I ended up with an A+! I would recommend any of her classes to anyone!!

Took her night class and it was a breeze. Pay attention, take notes, and the tests won't be that hard. Everything is RIGHT from the text and her late start classes are all open note/open book on tests. She's a pretty nice lady, too! :) If you can't pass this class then you're an idiot, and I really mean that.

AWESOME TEACHER!!! She's great! The class is so interesting and as long as you show up and do the study guide you're set. It's the whole test. Essays can be done @ home and there is one paper. I took her at night and the time just flew by. GREAT class. Def take it if you can!
