He is an easy teacher the only problem with him is that he's unclear sometimes and while he does curve, he will take it away if he made a lot of mistakes in grading the exams. He's a nice guy and kinda funny. He would be a good teacher to have more than one class with.

I liked him. I know he should probably be a middle school teacher, but I took a lot away from that class. I did well on exams, and as long as you asked questions about is confusing presentations, then it was no big deal. I LOVE BRUCE!

If he teaches you something you know, you'll still get confused. His quizzes are full of trick questions, so it's hard to get an A. I have like a BC in the course and I'm above average compared to everyone else's grades. Plus, we do stupid childish projects in class.

Lectures are very confusing!! Nice guy but not a great teacher. Although the workload is light, he doesn't prepare you for what will be on tests or quizs and the high confusion factor takes away from the light workload.

I had him for Food and Society. Presentations can be a little confusing, you have to pay attention. I'm doing ok in the class. I like the guy, very nice... helpful if you go to him. Don't buy the book... it'll do nothing for you, overall not bad!

Had him for Food and Society - Although he's a nice guy, he's a terrible teacher. Lectures are confusing, book is no help. Study guides for tests are totally misleading. Majority of the class is failing. Stay away!
