She really cares about her students and is willing to help anyone! Her class is very interesting and the cooking lab is a lot of fun with good food. She gives an outline to her lecture and that is basically the tests. I never used the book. If you do all the assignments you will get an A.

An incredible professor and person. An absolute asset to CMU! She is so funny and makes class so interesting- even if you're not the least bit interested. Goes above and beyond to help with anything she can (from getting into the class- to anything relating to the class!) Take her!!

THis lady rocks! seriously, she is the best teacher for this class...a little bit nutty, but always makes the classes fun and very easy :) lecture is not required because you just read off of powerpoints...good class, good teacher!

The tests are challenging because she doesn't tell you what will be on them, she will just expect you to remember whatever chapters you have read and to remember the smallest, minute details. She is also a little weird about her kitchen utensils.

she is a good teacher and easy too. her tests are online and easy. there is some weird **** you make in lab but its ok.
