Chris is an excellent vocal teacher! Best vocal teacher I had for 15 yrs. He was able to take me from a non-singer to a vocalist in a couple of years. I saw that he developed rapport easily with students. He helps you work through your trouble spots, and is clear what he wants from you vocally. He is intuitive and works well with his students.

Class was simple as long as you did the readings and followed the directions. Hardly any homework. Prof. Jones is great and very knowledgeable! Might bring a snack or coffee to keep it interesting if you are a mind-wanderer, but his study guides before tests are GREAT!

He is hilarious. Probably one of few people in this world who can take a subject like history and make it entertaining. Very knowledgeable. Tests are complete memorization from the textbook. It will take lots of coffee and all nighters in the library, but you can do well if you study.

Poor Chris was more my therapist than a professor - I was such a mess when I was a student. He was a great teacher, though, when he could get me to focus on my music. I never had a good grade, but I never deserved one either.
