Great teacher and very helpful. You can tell he cares about his students. If you put effort into the assignments and read the textbook, you will do well. He is retiring after Spring 11 semester, which is unfortunate!

Dale is a wonderful person. He clearly breaks down complex issues. I have learned so much from him, both as my advisor and as a professor. Though I have never learned so much in a class, I have also never had my foundations of understanding so shaken either. Wonderful experience!

Dale is a nice person, but not a very good teacher. He is confusing, doesn't listen when you ask him questions and spends most of the time off topic. He is unclear in what he expects on assignments and what the Education program is like. Not a good adviser either.

I have never learned so much in one class. He really loves to teach. You will get as much out of his courses as you put in. His classes were ALWAYS interesting. He cares about his students on all levels and wants to see you succeed.

Was a great professor, really knew the material. He was very fair with grades and giving assignment a head of time so you have plenty of time to do them, and if for some reason you need extra time he is very flexible. great professor and recommend you to take a class with him
