Prater is the best professor at KU Law. I'm finishing up his Evidence now class and would take it again just because he is the professor. He is brilliant, wrote the book, and really cares about his students. The class is hard with tons of info. But, what do you expect? It's law school. Prater is awesome, really hilarious and his class is super fun!

Prater is the best professor I've experienced at KU Law. He is an expert in his field who loves what he does. He's a notoriously tough grader, but he genuinely wants you to learn the material. Don't be afraid to ask questions and express any concerns you have to him, he will do his best to make sure you understand.
