Very helpful if you need help with a problem. Always accepts late work and sometimes gives time in class to finish the homework. Will give extra credit after an exam that many students didn't do well on. No absence policy, but I would go if you're bad at math. Textbook is required for homework, and I would skim the chapter if you skip to catch up.

Intelligent man. Kind, but slightly awkward as a human being in general. Has a little bit of an annoying voice, but he's definitely willing to help you out if you don't understand something. Can definitely tell that he knows what he's talking about.

I failed this course because I missed several lectures and didn't always do my homework. Calculus I isn't the hardest subject, but you have to know the material well to do well on his tests. I felt like this course was geared towards Math majors. If you aren't, take Dr. Reber. Dr. Anderson is incredibly intelligent though. Study HARD.

He's a perfect teaching machine. His classes aren't super easy, but that's nothing negative. (C'mon what's the point of an easy math class? Math needs to be RIGOROUS!) He can still bump up his classes to a higher standard (cover more, dig deeper) because he can make even the dumbest understand.
