At first, i didnt know how i felt about Gary, but as the class went on i liked it more and more. He is VERY lenient on assignments, you can bs through half and still get a 100, all tests are open note and hes a funny guy! The only way you would fail his class is if you missed everyday. I recommend you taking him first semester.

Gary is super straight forward. He tells you what is on each test and lets you use your notes, he uses a lot of stories to teach the class and get his point across. He tells you what he expects right from the beginning and there isn't much homework. Just show up, listen, take notes, and you'll do really well in the class. He's a good guy overall.

Its sad to say I did not learn one single thing in this class. It was boring and a waste of my time. He doesnt grade fairly, and you are only graded on about 10 assignments.

Professor Thompson is great. He's a guy who knows what he's talking about and he knows how to express himself. As long as you actually pay attention in his class and study regularly, you'll be fine. I am not a gifted person in law, but he made it easy for me to understand.

Professor Thompson's classes are primarily lecture based with a lot of practical information, the biggest grades are the 4 tests which are open notes and his extra credit assignments which help out a ton. He will also work with you if you turn in assignments late or incomplete.

He gives extreme amounts of extra credit that are bonus to the points of your GPA not just a test grade. His tests are very easy as the majority of his lectures are word for word what is on the test. As long as you do your work and read, you will get an Easy A. Always hand in your school work on time and you'll be in for a surprise in the end.

I have read every word in the chapters and taken drool worthy notes, and even still I fail the exams. He doesn't seem to really care about his students and their grades. For an Ex-SWAT member hes very quiet and mumbles all class. He doesn't really teach in class he mostly tells stories and drones on forever... but that's just my experience.

Professor Thompson was a great professor- cared about students and their success and knew the subject matter. There were 3 tests and the final- all of which he told the test questions in class and it was up to the student to study the answers on their own. CRJ 101 & 103 are taught very similarly and usually had assignments due on the same day.

Easy A. He came off rude to me once or twice, but I get it from his stand point, not many people take these 100 level classes seriously, attendance dropped by the day, I'm sure that can irritate a man. In general he is a lenient grader, and if you do the required work, you'll pass. Tests are open note. Take advantage of that.

Thompson is a guy of simple requests. Do your 4 homework assignments, do your group work, and study up for the tests. It's open note tests, and he says what's going to be on the tests. So in theory it's an easy A. He's a little bland and came off rude once or so to me, but generally is a nice guy.

Really great professor, he likes to do lots of group projects which can be difficult if you get a bad group, but you'll still get credit if you do the work. If you show up to class and study for exams you'll get an A really easily! He explains everything really clearly.

If you hate group projects this is not the class for you. He gives them for both his 103 and 101 classes. He doesn't give test and presentation dates on the syllabus, everything is "TBA", which he does about 1-2 weeks before. He does give you the test questions ahead of time and gives extra credit opportunities, TAKE THEM!
