Wow, this lady is not an easy grader. Has a bad attitude and her tests are way too advanced for such a worthless course. Literally one of the hardest courses in terms of studying hours that I've taken at WPU. You need to study 3 days in advance for her exams. I personally would advise to stay away from her.

Great teacher! There is a lot of overhead projection displayed in pieces and you are to take notes on it. You will get writer's cramp and will not be able to keep up. She tells you that you do not need to copy it all but then you may have missed it on the test. Don't know why it was just not handed to us as hardcopies and free up time for films

Ms. Pollak is a great professor. She knows her topic very well. She's very knowlegeable and loves to teach. If you are not ready to do some work on a college level, you are not ready for Ms. Pollak. She's fair and fun as well. I really enjoyed her class. Keep up the good work Ms. Pollak! Enjoy your summer! :-)

Learned alot from this class..2 easy papers worth 30% Final and Midterm worth 70 % total..thats it.Her study guides are terrible, read your notes and book for more help ....attendance every class...she was very enthusiastic about her subject which was awesome...I'd take her again...she gives off that impression that she is mad..but shes really cool and down to earth.

one of the best professor I've had. Very, Very, very, she didn't have to say anything to make me laugh (that funny look on her face gets me all the time). Makes you want to learn and she's a pretty easy gader too, so that helps ALOT!

Absolutely fabulous professor. She really knows the stuff she talks about because she's experienced it first hand. Hands down the best professor I've had. She's funny, interesting, and nice.
