Really nice prof except she always went off topic. Sometimes I had no idea what she was event talking about. She has 3 exams and drops the lowest, but the tests are hard! I studied right from the book, and did so so, but sometimes the test questions come from the oddest example from class, she tries to trick you on the answers!

Loved her class, she has three tests but the lowest one gets dropped, sweet do well on the first two and don't take the final. Pay attention and study before the exams, the exams are easy. easy A

I took business law and it was awful. she just talk about her daily adventure and sometimes go too far from her concept. her expalnations are not very clear also I read book more then two times and I did bad on exam even I know every single examples on book. I dont want to take her again one of bad proffesors I ever had

It helps to show up for the 4% but if you read the book you should be just fine. It is a fair-busy amount of reading but most of the test questions will come directly off of something discussed in the book.

This is definitely not the easiest class, but getting a good grade is not impossible. I just studied the best I could following her study guide and did fairly well on the exams and ended up with a B in her class. Remember, attendance is 4% of your grade in her class and can make the difference between a B or B-. Overall, great instructor!

I loved her class. Best teacher so far. Very Fun,and interesting. 3 exams, drops lowest. Pay attention to the examples she gives in lecture there on the exam. You have to read the book to get an A. You have to be able to apply concepts and not just recite definitions. Stright lecture no notes,skimm the chapter before class so you don't get lost.

Oh gosh! GREAT teacher, easy fun questions on test BUT hard to get an A -_- Professor Loutzenhiser makes class so entertaining and only counts 2 of 3 tests but really hard to get an A because basically each question on a test is worth 1% of your grade. [test has 48 questions & is 48% of your grade] PAY ATTENTION to her examples in class & read book

She is soo much fun! Prof. L is not the easiest; she truly just wants you students to learn. As any lawyer would she can make things complicated. But the grade is all based on your performance. Go to class take GOOD notes, pay attention to her "if" cases and DO well in the 2 out of 3 multiple choice tests. I would take her anytime :)

She is a wonderful professor! She is extremely knowledgeable in her subject and PREPARES for class. If you want to learn take her. This class is graded by 2 out of 3 tests. Although, she will curve she will not give away grades. Read, attend class ? APPLY the legal terms and you will do fine.

Best Prof. I've ever had!!! The class is somewhat challenging but you actually learn in her class. She is very helpful and the exams aren't too hard. You dont have to read much just use the study guide. Its mainly terms so just memorize the terms and know how to apply them (that's why attendence is key) and you will do fine.

She gives good exam study guides. There's no good reason why students should fail this class if they show up, read the text, and study. If you score well on the first two exams then you don't need the final. Cram the first two and give yourself a huge break for finals. Absentee students fail, as they should. Tests not guessable.

This poor teacher had her mother and one of her horses pass away during the course of the quarter and she still showed up and did her best to teach. The book is needed. Everything that's on the study guide is on her tests. There are 3 tests but she drops the lowest one. Everyone should be able to pass the class!

Business Law material was alright but this professor was not. She goes off topic too much with her daily adventures. The book is interesting though. She has 3 tests but drops the lowest. You gotta know how to apply the concept, if all you do is memorize definitions you wont make it =( Read over the book's examples, they REALLY help...not so bad
