He's the type of teacher you either love or hate.. there is not in between. He is extremely opinated and does not care what others think. He thinks highly of himself. He makes offensive jokes.. I found most to be funny but if your thin-skinned, prepare to be hurt sometimes. I loved him! I learned so much. He teaches well as long as you attend class

Mr. Delich is an amazing professor. He is knowledgable in psychology and knows how to teach it and make it interesting. He is very opinionated, and thinks highly of himself, but that is what makes him a good professor.

Comment:

Got him by accident. Loved him at first, but then interacted with him outside of class. He is so full of himself and doesn't like to be bothered. I felt very belittled. He grades extremely harshly, you have to read everything and study for every exam. I won't take him again because of his attitude, not the way he teaches.

VERY good teacher. Bordering on too smart for his own good. He makes the material and what you need to know very clear. Study and do exactly what he says (and don't ask stupid questions), and you'll be fine. I want to take his Abnormal Psych class.

he is a very good teacher, deffintly knows what he is talking about and well educated. his lecutres are very intresting and he uses alot of personal ecperiance. though outside of class he is really mean and dosent like people very much. study for the test and youll do fine. i really liked his style, really good teacher but hard overall

Get on his good side my aceing the first quiz and the rest of the class will be a breeze. Not a bunch of homework, but attendance is important cause the tests are right off of it. The call it the delitch trap because he makes phych so interesting, people want to major in it, then find out it was just the teacher.

The best teacher I've had. He tells it like it is. He writes on the board exactly what he wants you to put in your notes. If you go to class there is really no need to purchase a book. He uses stories of personal experience that relate to the lessons. Good sense of humor, and keeps things interesting.

One post read "this is not high school..." and that is completely true; it's college, meaning most people have families, work and other obligations that often interfere with class. Delich can't understand this and often criticizes and ridicules students who show up late, causing a bigger distraction then if they would have just come in quietly.

GREAT TEACHER!! I have never learned so much from one man. BUT he is NO JOKE! Be prepared to learn a lot and work hard. I have taken him for 100 and 200 and plan on taking many more classes from him. He is a no bs kind of man, and you will either love him or hate him. If you need help he is very willing to help you out. Great man.

Great teacher if you are in class everyday you will do fine. He strays off of the text, tells a lot of stories but they are helpful so listen. His tests are hard if you don?t study. He gives you a study guide that makes it easy. Great personality makes class fun!

I got Delich by accident. Turns out that Delich is one of my all time favorite professors. He is thought provoking and if you show up, you are guaranteed to learn something. His tests are not easy, but if you study and do well, you know you will retain this information. I will have him again for another psych class and I am thankful for that.

If you are used to getting a 4.0 forget it in his class. he has 4 pop quizzes, 3 exams, and 1 write up and that's it. his test are impossible he is so self rightous it is impossible to take in what he is saying. my dad took him ten years ago and he is still teaching the same material. if you are thinking about taking his class think again:(
