I am fortunate to know Dr. Kober. He expected much, if he hadn't, then you wouldn't have received much. He wasn't there to see you fail, he wanted you to learn. I would say of all my profs, he was the the best. If you had a problem, he understood and would help. Extra credit was always an option. It was and is pleasure knowing him.-Don

Dr Kober's style is interesting, I never had trouble with sleep, I enjoyed every class. The homework was mandatory, pop quiz every Wednesday as I remember. I have retained much of what I learned, I got my monies worth.

The classes which I have taken from Dr Kober were some of the best. When I went to faith the profs were the best. I have a hard time judging who had the best quality. My problem is that I only had a limited number of hours in a day to persue all the questions/ interest which their words/classes brought to me. Faith is the best!

A walking Bible encyclopedia. The most value I have ever gotten for my money in pursuit of Bibe knowledge was to have him as Doctrine Prof. at FBBC. FIVE STARS.

As an educator now, I look back to his teaching and know he modeled the pedagogy. He made abstract theological ideas conrete through verbal and pictoral clarity. He frequently reviewed and held his students accountable. He always had high academic standards. I am thankful for his good teaching.

Full of self. Only he was correct. Made an impression, its been 25 years since being in his class and I still think about him. Famous quote "Don't make me embarras you" and "Get that hair cut" and "You got a zero on your reseach paper because your hair is to long"

Dr. Kober had superhero powers. He has the ability to detect chewing gum 6 city blocks away. He can vaporize your dignity with a single glance. Also, he has magical powers in deception and confusion. Truly an adversary worthy of fear.
