take take take! class is fun. She really wants everyone to understand Italian. There is homework everynight. It goes without saying that there is a big oral component to the class. Don't freak out, I don't like talking in front of the class, and it was totally fine. She is an easy grader, very personable, e simpatica (and nice).

I loved her! She was so funny and very helpful. She really wants you to understand but will call you out in front of the class if you don't do your homework. One of my favorite classes. It was always entertaining and I learned a lot.

Take her if you want to learn and have fun. She is an awesome teacher. There are quizzes often and daily homework but doing the homework is how you learn. After taking this class I could easily get by in Italy and if you pay attention and put in a little time you'll get an A.

uh i performed so poorley in her class. i hated going to the class especially the lab. she was really helpful to me sometimes even walking me through the tests because i was so bad at italian. i really owe her one.

Prof Gallotti is really great! she is really funny and enjoys teaching italian. She really helps you alot and goes really easy on you in this class. I looked forward to her class every day and would definitely take her again. If you want to learn Italian or just fill a requirement she is awesome!

She is the best professor ever! She speaks in her Italian accent and cracks jokes all the time! Always willing to help, but does NOT appreciate laziness or not doing the homework...she will call you out in front of the entire class. so nice and really easy going! languages are hard and lots of times boring, but i loved coming to her class!!

She's a wonderful teacher. She's very enthusiastic and wants her students to do well. Although learning a new language can be difficult, she takes the time to make sure that you're understanding the material. Highly recommended if you can get into her class. She's always willing to hlep!

Even though I'm sure it would be good to take an Italian class from an Italian, it can be hard sometimes to understand what she is talking about. The homework was easy but the tests were intense. Good luck...
