Dr. Arnold is my favorite business school professor. His use of real life examples helps put things into perspective. Attendance is not mandatory, however, going to class and taking notes will get you an A. One group project based on a retailer of your choosing and a group of your choosing. I highly recommend taking this course.

Mark Arnold was a fun, enthusiastic professor. He really cares about his students and will get to know you personally if you reach out. His exams are not too hard if you study, and there are no quizzes. You will need to work in a group to analyze a retailer - pick a good group and you'll have a great semester. He makes an intro retail class fun!

Arnold is great. Brings in awesome examples of how NOT to manage a store...like, "JCP." He makes the class interesting with his enthusiasm. Tests are pretty simple and there is a group project at the end. He doesn't take attendance, but you'll probably enjoy going if you're interested in the subject at all.

one of the greatest teachers i have ever had...grade school and h.s. included. wants you too do well and will make it happen if you put in the effort. extremely friendly and likes to strike up a convo with you. several short answer quizzes which are easy and a short multiple choice final.
