Good Dean. Works hard, and has a million things going at a time. I don't think any student can say whether he's "good" or "bad" at his job because we have no clue all the things he does. I would say, though, just look at the Wanda Bass building, and tell me he's a poor Dean. He's a great person to the students and really good for the school.

Dr. Parker is kind, but his agenda is skewed by his personal life, causing him to over-compensate politically. He is intellectually threatened, and he has helped to run-off some of the most brilliant professors in the University's history. His being threatened also cripples his ability to hire brilliant people to important positions.

Dean Parker really is a nice guy. I can think of one incident where he acted a bit immature and unprofessional. But it's easy to tell he really cares about the orchestra and the university. The man helped me go to China for free, so I'm happy.
