Amazing professor. You will definitely have fun in her class. I loved her lectures. I don't know what the other students are talking about. I took her in fall and fell in love with history again. Amazing professor. Sit up front, you don't want to miss the fun lectures.

This class seems like a lot of work for nothing for the first few weeks but trust me, it gets better if you stick it out. She can be a tough grader, but if you are having issues and you talk to her she will help you out. This is the most "college-level" class I have taken at Tri-C, which really took me to the next level academically.

This Professor is very Opinionated. She thinks shes the best teacher in the world. Very Feminist which wouldn't be a problem but She talks like she hates men. She is very neurotic and i didn't learn much in her class. You need to take a lot of notes. Almost all assignments are online.

The course was an 8wk online course. Very intense. I learned A LOT. Due to the time frame, there was a lot of hm/quizzes/test/reading/discussions, which I considered a bit too much, specially for those with families/full time employment. Nonetheless, I was able to complete all the work in a timely fashion. She knows her subjects VERY well.

For a professor she is straight forward she's not difficult. If you pay attention and show up everyday and do the work your supposed to do she is actually pretty easy. She's conveys a lot of emotion in her lecture. Which may not be for a lot of people but for me she's a good professor .she is also most of the time on top of grades so that's great.

Took her class for women's studies and got the lowest grade from her out of all my classes and worked the hardest for her class. She is very knowledgeable but pushes her personal beliefs on you. Very strick and expects way to much.

1510 + 1520. Good teacher, only harsh if you slack off. Lectures are straight up talking, take lots of notes. Tests are multiple choice + essays. Some obscure questions thrown in some times, but mostly straightforward if you take notes and read. Lots of paper writing but if you take good notes you can pretty much get the paper material from them.

Very knowledgeable but kind of strict. Makes you prepare to write up to 5 essays on exams but only requires 2. Problem is that they are never known before exam day so prepare for all! Lots of short answer questions as well. Easy lectures and in class videos. Fair grading.

She is a tough teacher. I won't lie about that. She does alot of talking. She expects nothing but the best from her students. I hated the class probably untill 2 weeks before it ended. She is actually a great person and teacher. Alot of writing and reading. PARTICIPATE !!!! I am taking her next semester because i actually really like her now

Very interested in her subject and is fairly good at not being too boring in lectures. However, she does stuff like tell you one date and writes a different date on the board. Make sure to question her on it, she won't notice. Also insane expectations for test answers and papers. Tests are all essay: one long essay, and the rest short answer.

she was a very had teacher and she excepts so much from you. including a reseach paper that if you dont do it her way she will grade u poorly on. then she wont even take the time to talk about it with you if you ask. its alot alot of work and she excepts you to read the whole book and quizes you on things she didnt even lecture you on.

I took her for as many classes as I could. She is a very tough teacher but it was worth it. I learned a lot from her class. She allows a note card for all of her exams and expects a lot of info on her essays. If she says to read something....read it. She is an awesome teacher and has no hatred towards men

I thought she was a great professor. She can give a lot of work, but I found Intro to Women's Studies a fun and interesting class. As long as you actually study and do the homework, then you will do fine.
