I had Dr. V for theory I, and a lot of my friends are in her oboe studio. There are 0 complaints about her, and even after passing her class, I went to her for other theory class help. She is so understanding and caring, especially if you are a good student. Ask questions and ask for office hours. She is truly an amazing woman.

Dr. Vigneau is a great professor. She will make sure that you have the help you need, just be sure you let her know when you don't understand. DO THE HOMEWORK. It counts for a large percent of your grade and will help you understand what's going on in class.

She is a gem. Fantastic person, Oboist, teacher and very easy to talk to. She will help you if you need it. However, you must make an effort to do your work. She expect you to put work in. Dr. Vigneau is a WONDERFUL person!

As a Graduate of UofM I would recomend that anybody in school take a class taught by Dr. Vineau. It doesn't matter if you are a music student or not, you will be a better person just from being in her class. She is fair, and teaches you how to be a good student. You can not go wrong by becoming one of her students. Thanks for everything Ma'am!

Dr. V is an amazing Oboe professor! And an amazing theory teacher! She is perfectly willing to work with theory students with anything from tutoring to make-up work. As long as you communicate why you missed your class, she'll try her best to help you make it up. Take her!

Dr. Vigneau is definately one of my favorite teachers so far! She is laid back, fair, and funny. Music theory is pretty boring anyway, but she makes it better. She is always very willing to help and will answer everyone's questions. Go to class, it makes things easier. We didnt use the text a whole lot. DEFINATELY take her!!

Even though this class sucked majorly, Dr. Vingeau made things easier. You could tell by the end of the semester that even she was getting tired of the other teachers. If she teaches the class next semester, definitely take her. The others really suck!

For someone who got roped into teaching humanities, she's doing a great job. No matter the class, she is clear and to-the-point. She's given me more breaks than I deserve, and never fails to be an encouragement. Dr. Vigneau is a gem.
