Comment:

This class was one of the hardest classes I have ever taken. It really pushed me to work super hard. Math isn't my strong suit but even the people who were good at math struggled in this class. She 's tough but wants to make sure people understand it. With that said, she can be condescending when answering your question if she feels it was dumb.

Comment:

I believe she was a great teacher! The only reason I gave a 3 for the level of difficulty is because I love math and I understand it easily, otherwise it would've been easy A. Although she would make a mistake she would take the feedback and correct herself. She taught with clarity and was easy to learn from. She made difficult problems look easy.

She is a great teacher. Quizz is every week. As long as you go to class and listen to the lecture, you will pass the quizz easily. Only 5 Qs per quizz. She is not offer extra credit frequently. The way she teach is amazing., very easy to digest the problems

This instructor was often confusing. Constantly writing problems wrong or working the problems wrong. Sometimes her teaching methods can be confusing. She can also be a little condescending to those students who don't catch on as quickly as others.

All in all, Nancee is a good instructor except some days she seems in a rush to get through certain problems, which is fine if you know the stuff but obviously students don't know the stuff or they wouldn't be taking her class. She likes to brag a lot about what an accomplished Scrabble player she is which gets old after awhile. Knows her stuff.

To whom it may concern, I took Nancee's class and although it was always challenging, she taught a lot of things in a way I could understand and in a very quick and to the point manner. She is a genius at math, and makes complicated things simple and easy to digest. I respect Nancee Mancel, my hat's off to her!

Gives a quiz every week, but as long as you take good notes you'll be fine. Homework every day. She makes sure that everyone understands a problem before moving on. Randomly calls on people to answer questions so you have to be ready. Overall a very fun and caring professor.

Nancee does not explain the information we are learning very well. She expects everyone to be on the same page as her. If you ask a question she makes you feel dumb or unintelligent. It makes you not want to ask a question again. All of her online assignments, class work, and lectures do not go together.

Great professor! Makes everything clear. She'll ask the class to shake your heads yes or no if you do or do not understand and if she sees someone shake no then she'll do it step by step. Never points out people. Though she does call at random but you can say pass if you don't know. Double check your posted grade, and keep all paperwork for proof.

She is a very great teacher. I usually struggle in math but she made the subject really easy to understand. I found myself more than prepared for every test we took. She gives a pop quiz ever start of class , that is her way of making sure everyone shows up for class because you can not make up the quiz you missed. Overall great instructor

Nancee was an adequate professor. The work, her grading, etc. was all fine and done well. The only reason I'm giving her a thumbs down is solely based on her poor attitude. Over emails she was often rude and at times very condescending. Other than this course, I've taken dozens of classes at CNM and have always been pleased with my professors.

Highly recommend her! she is a wonderful teacher. yes she gives quizzes everyday but its to your advantage! she takes time out of her day to help her students. very clear while explaining problems and during her lecture.

Nancee is an awesome instructor! I took her 940 class online and it was pretty standard. She was heavily involved for an online class, which was great! She was extremely helpful when I had questions. She can be short or sarcastic with answers, but that's because people didn't follow her directions which are very clear! I would take her again!

She is a nice lady but not a very good instructor :, all of her examples from each section comes from the book and she doesn't explain problems very well. So I had to study hard on my own.

I do not recommend this teacher, she doesn't make students feel comfortable to ask questions and provides sarcastic answers. Quizzes are given every single class. make sure you go to the bathroom before class, since she doesn't like it when students get up to go use the restroom. She does not give extra credit assignments. She may be better online.
