Sometimes he doesn't explain the assignments well until after you've almost finished. He has experience in the design field, so his advice is good. Though at times he may not understand what you are going for and his taste is definitely particular (not the same as mine). A- seems to be the highest grade that he assigns. But not a bad teacher.

although difficult to understand at times, he definitely has the groundwork for successful design instilled in his teaching. the class is slowly paced, but DOES give you AMPLE time to 1.fully understand and adapt/evolve your work 2.grow up! recognize your greatest personal potential -without having someone hold your hand each step of the way

This teacher was easy if you did exactly what he said. There wasn't really any freedom to do the projects how you wanted. He was hard to understand and he talked to you like you've never been on a computer before.

It was just hard for me to understand how he grades, I tried to follow and do what he asked to do but I guess I didn't quiet get it and he kept on giving me A-, I think I got a B as a final grade. He is not that bad, he just has his way but sometimes he tends to expect to se his style in his' students' works, and I don't think that's fair

Awfull Professor, I've graduated and been a designer in the real world for past year, he's an academic and brings truth to those that can't do tech and teach badly - english is his third language and he has no base knowledge of industry standard software like Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, etc.. Was a waste of my time and money I didn't use one piece from this class in my portfolio

Professor Baffour is one of the few excellent graphic design professors at UNF. He brings titanic experience from outside US. Has abundant knowledge of the School of BAUHAUS and Graphic Design History as a whole. By far one of the best.
