Dr. Beyer is an easy-going, caring individual. Her class was interesting, and held my attention. She cares about her students, as long as you make an effort to show you care. Very respectable and knowledgeable on Geography. I highly recommend her for this class.

Comment:

Beyers was a pretty good professor. Her exams were the same exact thing as the online quizzes and worksheets. She would give us time in class to work on our worksheets. I thought that was cool cause she would give up lecturing to just work on quizzes and ask questions and once you were done you could leave early. BUT SHE CANCELLED CLASS CONSTANTLY!

Class consists of 3 75pt tests, 125pt final, 10 hw, 18 quizzes. Quizzes are open note and easy as long as you attend class, tests are from powerpoint slides, hws, and quizzes. A little difficult at first, but once you settle down the class get easier. She's very knowledgeable, great at presenting info, and always in office hours. Best prof I had!

Omg, she's super hot. And funny. And sexy. Anyway her classes are easy, sometimes it takes up to 43 days to get tests back. There are quizzes every few days but they are taken directly from the notes. The book is almost never used. Sometimes she's sassy and it's hot. #hotforteacher

Dr Beyer is so friendly! She's really funny and makes an effort to get to know her students. Tests are exactly the same as slides, I only went once a week and was 2pts short of an A. She's incredibly helpful if you go to her office hours, do the homework it makes a big difference in your grades.

Dr. Beyer is nice and easy to get along with. The class was very easy as long as you take notes. All quizzes were open book/open note. Final and Midterm were questions right off of the quizzes. She's funny at times and makes the class interesting.

She can be funny at times. The tests arent to hard if you study enough. There is no attendance grades but you have a daily quiz. (very easy tho and open book/notebook) I would recommend taking her class to anyone.

Attendance wasn't mandatory but i recommend going to class otherwise come test time you'll be really confused. Write down power points but also take really good notes on what she's saying. If you do all that you should be good in her class. She's funny..in a non-funny sarcastic way..

Comment:

Took natural disasters with her during the summer. She gives take home quizzes every class basically for attendance which were very helpful for studying for her tests. She also dropped the lowest quiz score which helps.

Not terrible. Only 3 tests so be on your toes and ready for the first one. Didn't study for my first test and got a D and had to pull an A and high B on the final just to make a B average. Other than that shes an overall nice prof.
