Organic was hard, as expected, but Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was always helpful when I went to his office. Lab lecture is really boring, but I liked the class overall. He curves grades a little bit and gives extra credit for doing homework. Make sure you study at least a week before each test if you want to do well

smith very matter-of-fact, either you do the work and know your stuff, or you dont......for organic, you need to study CONSTANTLY in order to be prepare, otherwise you have to cheat to get by..for hist of sci thought, he lets you use notes, so just cram a bunch of notes onto a page and you're money..organic should be hard, if not, get outta science

an absolute waste of time... He is in love with his old memory of teaching orgainic, not teaching orgainic. If you have any sense, go to Towson U. and take Dr. Jill Discordia and learn something... She is awesome! (oh yeah the wood course is a waste too...)

Well, he's the only organic professor at the school so, here's the only advice you need for his class: start studying a week before each exam, if you cram the night before you will fail. If you're the type of person who refuses to study on weekends, don't expect above a B-. You don't need the book, save your money. Don't expect much outside help
