Comment:

The course was structured well. 3 Group Projects & 4 Quizzes. The issue is, Fleming is beyond rude. He ridiculed our group telling us how he's never seen such an awful group when we submitted a DRAFT... He interrupts people during their presentations and is just all around rude. This was the consensus of everyone in our class too, not just me.

4 quizzes, no midterm or final. 3 projects throughout the course. If you get a bad group, you will end up doing all of the work! Quizzes were fair. You can drop the lowest one but you have to do an assignment. No rubric on projects so the grading is unfair.

Definately take for business policy! Thoroughly explains class expectations. Gives 5 quizzes, 3 projects, and a presentation. He gives great feedback and wants everyone to do great in the class.

Dr. Fleming is pretty cool. If you take him for bus. policy you will have 5 quizes, 3 projects, and the ETS exam. You can drop a quiz and the projects aren't bad. They are team projects so just make sure your with people who will do the work. I would take him again he's a fair grader and wants students to do well.

I not only had Prof. Fleming for six courses at Rowan, I also had him as an instructor for several courses at Temple University. Great instructor who sets the right expectations for one to succeed in the real business world. He brings a vast amount of amount of knowledge to the classroom.

this guy talks forever i cant help it to fall sleep in the class.he never look at the class when he is teaching hes always looking up i dont know why...and he says the words "with that in mind" like 100 time per class.we had to do like 3 group presentations, but the class was not that hard.

Class was very easy because we had all group projects. I got easy A in his class. He do not like if you talk in class so be sure do not talk in class but I think it was very easy class in Rowan in business major.

Not as bad as the reviews. He can be a little annoying, but the class is really easy. And, you barely have to go to class, a lot of it is just group meetings. Projects are a joke, and he gives a ton of extra credit. Easy A!

He is VERY wordy and e-mail happy. Doesnt shut up, has to explain every little detail. He is nit-picky about everything you do. Projects are a joke. He is the only one who teaches the class. Dont even bother wasting money on the book, we barely use it.

Lots of expirience. Not that difficult. LOves his e-mails. Gives you tons of oputunities for extra credit - up to 2 full letter grades of extra credit. Some may say he is a hard teacher, but he is just very organized.

Wasnt too difficult. He doesnt give too much time between case study assignments. It seems like he just likes to hear himself speak. It takes him forever to explain the simplist things. Be prepared to recieve 10 emails a week from him, and he will never respond to emails you send him.

A MAJOR FREAK OF NATURE. Won't shut up during class, won't say a word outside of class. When he sends you an email about what he wants to talk about there is 500 of them per week, when u send him an email he gives a cocky one word response. You want to avoid this guy before you get caught in his mustache.

Sends a million emails, teaches like an energizer bunny for half the course And then it's easy after the ETS exam. He always uses Microsoft Word/Wordperfect as an example for EVERYTHING. Ends every sentence with "and so forth".
