Comment:

Sandra is an amazing teacher. She is fun and loves teaching. Spanish is by no means an easy class. The language itself is difficult and you will have to learn a lot of grammar and vocab. Plan to spend about 2 hrs a wk on homework. Class participation is a must. She gives good study guides, so tests aren't too bad, but make sure to STUDY & have fun!

You couldn't find a better Spanish teacher. You certainly will never be board. She is about the most lively teacher I've had. Funny. Native speaker. MatSu College is very lucky to have her!

You won't find a more helpful, upbeat and fun teacher. She is a riot! Need to allow time to get homework accomplished. Homework is not excessive. She cares about her students and she shows it.

Comment:

Senora Schmidt really helped me find a love for the Spanish culture and language. She does not move forward until everyone understands. She does highly suggest class attendance becuase she cares about you personally and that shines through her teaching. I am so excited to take her next semester.
