Comment:

I really enjoyed her class. She likes to tell stories, but it just makes the things in Biology that can be super boring, a little easier to tolerate. Would most def take her again. Very easy to reach outside of class and she is quick to respond back, and always open to answering any questions you may have. Funny,nice personality... Knows her stuff!

I attended class everyday for the first few weeks.I even held about ten convos with her. Over the weekend i received a message saying that i had been dropped for being a no show. when brought to her attention she said she doesnt know how to fix her error and she thought i never attend bc she didnt know my name. Make sure she knows your name.

Great professor. Gives extra credit pop- quizzes at the beginning of most classes. Great personality, very nice and humble. She basically gives you everything you need in the reviews. Must study and participate to-pass with a good grade. Take her lab if possible along with the lecture. NDL

If you're not into science at all, don't take her. Tons of out of class work, tests are set up like high school tests, multiple choice, tf, fill in the blank, and short answers. Flies through lecture, not in depth with difficult material.

Largent is an AMAZING professor! Take anything of hers! She is so fun, loves to approach her material with relatable humor, and genuinely cares about her students. She is a breath of fresh air among the GPC Science Professors. Take anything of hers!!!!

Probably one of the BEST professors I have ever had the pleasure to take. She has four tests, she drops the lowest. All her quizzes are online and there's some homework assignments and a paper. She does provide extra credit, which helped me a lot. Also, her final exam is cumulative. Definitely recommend taking her if you need to take Biology.

She is one of the best professor. I liked her because she likes quality work and she grades accordingly.I liked her helpfulness and she is very kind. The best part is that she is always ready to help and she makes her class interesting. I am very grateful to her for the journey of learning Biology.

Comment:

Professor Largent is the first person to ever get me interested in science. Her Botany class is really interesting, even more so if you get her as your lab instructor as well. She makes a lot of mom jokes, but it's kind of funny. I really loved her as a professor.

She is a funny, sweet, chatty lady. But none of those things make her class easy or interesting. She teaches as if you were a botany major and talks about excess material. If you study her slides you might get off ok, but her tests are very hard. She tests you on very specific things that she doesn't really emphasize on in class. Not direct.

Mrs Largent is beyond amazing she is fun and straight to the point. She gives you all the resources needed to be successful'. She makes class fun and she genuinely cares. I would recommend her in any aspect she is just passionate about what she does and she does it well.

After 15 yrs I decided to change professions, and go back to school to study a completely different field. Prof. Largent made my transition much easier and enjoyable. She's an outstanding educator! She not only have the knowledge but is great at transmitting it to the students. She's brilliant, fun, practical, and inspiring. I highly recommend her!

This was a great class. Ms. Largent makes things fun and understandable by using analogies and detailed explanations to explain confusing things. She is very interesting and funny. Study hard and you will do well. She is a very fair grader. I learned a wealth of information during my short summer session in her class. Best teacher I have had.

Really nice lady and interesting class. I highly recommend her for ENVS. Come to class everyday, take notes and study some for the tests and you will get an A. Miss a bunch of classes and you may be in trouble, but hey that's college.

She is really a funny teacher had her at 8 in the morning never late to class and is easy subject to read and gives extra credit and tries to make every student pass the class with a B. Must come to class for an easy participation grade.
