Best prof I've had at ASU by far. Great class. You won't regret taking it. The course is interesting and he strives to make his students ask questions and be present. All you need is to take notes, read the textbook for weekly quizzes and he only makes you show up one day a week.

He is a great prof. Gives so much extra credit and is extremely knowledgeable in the subject. The actual subject matter was hard for me but he made it both understandable and enjoyable. Take him if you have the chance!

Steve is a great teacher and the class is really interesting. Even if you dont have him for PSY101 youll still have a good time with him as your professor. I would definitely recommend. Hes very funny and swears a lot which makes things a lot more interesting

This was my favorite class as a freshman. Almost made me want to change my major. Loved the set up with reading online and then interesting lectures. Made me really think about how people's minds work. He's also really funny. Online quizzes were easy, in class tests were fair. Make sure to get all the attendance points.

Hands down favorite professor ever!! He made the lectures interesting, was hilarious and you could tell he truly cared about the students. Attendance matters (take notes). Make sure to read your textbook and take notes because there are weekly quizzes. He only makes you go to class one day a week. 3 exams and 1 final. Research credits required.

Goldinger is the best possible teacher for PSY . Although this is his last class, he has the class set up for everyone to succeed, and without much effort, you can get an A. Just attend class and keep up with the work

best professor I've had at ASU. He's super easy but also makes the lectures enjoyable. You can definitely tell that he is passionate about what he teaches and genuinely enjoys it. He always sent out reminders when homework was due every week and made sure everyone was prepared for the tests. I would take him for every class if I could.

Great guy and funny, but the class itself sucks. Psy 101 is not fun and is textbook heavy. It takes 2-3 hours to read ONE chapter. Goldinger is probably the best Psy 101 prof, my friends had others and they were 10x harder, quiz answers are online and the tests aren't that bad as long as you kind of know the material

For someone who hates reading and not really an interest in psychology, this professor sure makes it fun! Quizzes are generally harder than the tests. Very easy class to pass, and with minimal studying, you can easily get an A, or at worst, a B. Highly recommend this teacher if you are taking PSY101

this guy is awesome and is actually pretty funny when he lectures. he usually reminds students when the online homework is due, and if he forgets, he usually sets the due date back by at least 24 hours. would absolutely take him again

Professor Goldinger made lectures fun and likes when everyone participates. You only go to class Tuesdays and sometimes Thursday if there's an exam. Quizzes are easy, just make sure to take notes on the online reading.

It was a strange class. We didnt have to do anything and everyone got an A, but he did say that if you never show up and never participate youll lose some points, so do show up sometimes. No tests, assignments, or attendance, literally nothing. Great class if youre interested in the subject or if you need a stressfree class

Goldinger is the most fun I have had with a professor. He uses memes in lecture, in tests, and in emails (and they're kind of funny). For Psych, you learn the basics but perhaps not as much as you would in another class. Easy online quizzes and exams, just make sure you do everything asked and you could easily get an A.

Best choice for PSY101 hands down. Amazing prof who presents with stale memes, and is very patient with his huge lectures. Very open for questions, but at the same time u can just play on ur laptop for an hr. 4 Exams, about 12 weekly quizzes which reflect the exams rly well. Rly ez A, but u need to do 6 research credits to pass(ez). He made PSY fun

Absolutely hilarious. There are weekly quizzes online that are based on a LOT of reading, which I don't think most people do. Those quizzes are very difficult, and usually are not the same content that's on tests. Tests are extremely easy. He posts his slides online, but going to class is so worth it. He's so fun to listen to.

Goldinger is a great professor for this class. He's really funny, makes the class enjoyable, and his tests aren't even that hard. But if you're looking for a blow off elective, I'd stay away from psy101 because it's just a lot of reading every week.
