If you can follow the scribbles she writes on the board and her saying, "That should go into your notes" you will pass with flying colors, if you don't show up, you will fail. She has some strange points of view but much of the material is obvious common sense.

Please take Prof E if you want a professor that talks to you like a child, that will discourage you to have a thought of your own, you like a class that starts early and ends late. She refers to herself in the third person as "Professor E" and is so narcissistic that she assigns books that she wrote as the required reading materials.

Comment:

Nice woman, but very boring. If you can keep yourself focused on what she is randomly scribbling&circling on the board, you'll ace the exams. I only used the book for definitions she didn't go over in class, so you don't really need it. Material was interesting and eye opening, if you can stay awake through her tangents.

Prof. Eisenhandler was eccentric and made the material intriguing. If you can keep up with her tangents and appreciate the material you won't have an issue. Very little studying is necessary if you just go to class and stay interested.

I love Susan Eisenhandler! She is so helpful and kind. I enjoy taking her classes. She is very easy to approach and talk to. I love how she makes me feel comfortable enough to participate in her class even though I'm extremely shy.

This was the worst course I've ever taken. She was unorganized and didn't even teach material relevant to the course. She went off on random tangents and didn't make any sense when she was talking. I will never take another course that she is teaching ever again. The most unorganized thing I've ever had to deal with.

Susan is a great professor! She definitely likes to see that students are making an effort. She won't cut you much slack if you or your class are not participating or keeping up with the material. I saw someone say she's too enthusiastic, but that's the great thing about her. If you just show up and read, you can do really well with her.

I thought Prof. Eisenhandler was kind of eccentric originally... but she's actually pretty awesome. She's a genuinely kind person. If you go to EVERY class & listen, you'll do well. I never purchased any of the book things, and I got an A simply by paying attention in class. AND... no essays! It was all multiple choice! HURRAY!

She is one of the BEST professors i have ever had!! her class is easy, and when it comes to writing an essay she gives you soo much information that you dont even have to think and just write your notes! she explains all the readings that you have to do, just sit there and listen to her its reall interesting and you get soo much out of her!!

This professor is extrememly annoying. She makes the most ridiculous comment, is was too perky and expects everyone else to be, too. She also has unrealistic reading expectations of sudents...like finish a whole book in one weekend. PLUS...her class is so boring you want to kill yourself. And the "notes" she puts on the board are just random words!

Wonderful teacher. Always goes out of her way to help. Must show up for class, critical to your final grade and how willing she is to help you. She is very flexible and wants her students to do well. The ones who don't do well are simply lazy.
