Comment:

She kind of just gave us the assignments and didn't explain too clearly. Also when she cancelled class, she never sent emails but put a note on the door. When I only have 2 classes that day, it grinds my gears when I show up to hers just to read a note for no class.

She is a really nice person. However, I don't think that she was ready to come back from her semester off. She will give a ton of reading assignments and will be late grading everything. A very unorganized semester. Unrealistic expectations for class goals and she will realize it toward the end of the semester.

SocAnalysis is demanding with papers but she grades fair. Didn't need book. Doesn't take attendance. Hardly get anything done in class. She's not stimulating but usually lets out early. Take it if you have too but there are a bunch of writings that are due and they get harder as the class progresses.

Great teacher, extremely nice and friendly and helpful. Class relies heavily on the book, where you cannot pass unless you have it. Weekly assignments on blackboard, but easy to pass if you aren't lazy. Odd personality, but I love it. Great teacher.

I don't understand this class or this lady. She talks..and talks..and talks about nonsense then gives you a test about twenty chapters you have not even covered in class. It's a fun time in class listening to her and her stories but as far as covering the right material....we never got there. GOOD LUCK.

I think Dr. Webb is an excellent teacher. She does go on her rants sometimes, but is fairly easy if you have a hard working drive for an A or B. Her classes are different, with her upper level ones being more test based. She does not hate yankees, only plays on the fact that an in-state university is 65% are from up north. Sign up for her class.

I have no interest in Soc whatsoever but if you show up to class and actually read, you'll do fine. She's very cynical which I love, let's us out early or cancels class often, cracks jokes and speaks her mind. I disagree with her on almost everything but still love her and the class

worst teacher i've ever had in my life.gives you a study guide that just has the chapter subheadings,so basically you have to outline the entire chapter.10 chapters for each test and there only 35 questions on the test. IMPOSSIBLE.i have never failed a class in my life and im well on my way there.worst teacher by far. very prejudice to northerners

Dr. Webb is awesome. Loves what she teaches! her tests were all online and she let us take them twice and she would put the better grade up. They were all multiple choice. Lots of extra credit. Go to class and do all of your work, you should get an A. I loved her! If I needed to take another sociology class, I would definetly take her again!

I've only had her for on-line classe so far. She is great! Very knowledgeable. Actively participates in discussions. I am a double major, but if I was told to drop 1, I'd drop politics so I could get a quality education from Dr. Webb.
