Good Professor. Class was difficult yet manageable with him. Went through Most topics thoroughly with several examples. Class isn't the easiest though. You have to keep up with every lecture and every topic or else you'll fall behind. A LOT of homework. Every chapter comes with 20-25 problem that require quite some time to finish.

The material is not too difficult, however, the notes are trash and the lecture is hard to follow. He writes very small and messy on the board, so I recommend you sit very close as the examples are very helpful. Everything is open notes, however, none of the questions look familiar, so make sure you are very familiar with the material.

If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. Worst professor I have taken at UNLV. Presentations are garbage, and he gives vague practice material for quizzes and tests. He gives no relevant material to study with. And he is absolutely inaccessible via email (DURING COVID-19 MIND YOU). Please if you don't want to pull your hair out do NOT take him.

This is the worst professor I have had at UNLV!He stands up in front and points his finger at the powerpoint slide, which is an exact copy of the book.He never did one single prob on the board completely,despite being asked to more than once. Tests are not at all based on book or slides and are confusing/hard. curve is high bc we ALL fail. worst!!!

Very good professor. The tests were hard but the grading curve is the best ever. Basically you just need a certain number of points to get the grade. For example I had roughly 85 points which gave me an A. Yet because the students did so bad in the course (UNLV EE students have no passion for the subject), we had a total 170 possible points.

Great Professor. Goes out of his way to help you and understand. It is a little hard when he has limited board space to write down everything on board. But, he is very helpful at office hours. Good curve too. 75% is an A in his syllabus. He also gives a lot of extra credit on quizzes and tests if the whole class does bad. Take him.

Dr. Baghzouz is very good at what he does. All you have to do is pay attention and put in a little effort and he'll do the rest. I got an A. Can't say it was the easiest but i know i learned tons from him.

Good in the concepts he explains.However,skips a lot of material due to lack of planning the semester.Grading is based on the parameters he sets during the start of the course.Would be great if he works out more problems on the board.
