Comment:

Worst professor ever. He is the laziest man at Wou and needs to be fired. I signed for this class and thought it was going to be a lecture style. First day of class, he said he wont be holding lectures and basically let us do the things on our own. Test are hard and miserable. Avoid taking him, first L I took at Wou.

Comment:

Sometimes tough to follow his lectures, but he connects materials with real life situations. ALWAYS attend his class even if you think his lectures are boring. He gives out a study guide, and some materials and graphs are the things he covers in class so if you want an A, go to his class. Simple as that

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS!! I expected this to be a normal, lecture-style class where we would learn economics. That is NOT what happened. First day of class he gave us 2 websites and the dates for the exams and told us to fend for ourselves. Never was at office hours for help or clarification. Not what I signed up for.

I started off the term attending class every day but after the first test I literally never went to class anymore. If you buy the online optional homework he takes the questions for the tests directly from the homework and uses them word for word. Grade is based off of 4 tests and he drops the lowest one so I didn't have to take the final!

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. PLEASE take my word for it. Tests are impossible. The guy is disgusting and the most unfriendly professor I've ever had. I will never ever take a class from him again.

Tests are ridiculous. Really curious to know what the average test score was. Guarantee it was not high. Gives you a study guide which is awesome, but they build on each other. When said and done, you need to know answers for 40 something long essay questions with graphs. If you don't, you're screwed. Avoid this class. I'll never take him again.

Tests are impossible. 4 of them - he drops the lowest. 3 essay questions worth 25pts each and vocab worth 25pts. All or nothing point system. Gives 50+ essay questions for you to remember. Picks 3 to put on the test. Not plausible for students to retain that much info. Miss one essay and you're at 75% already. Way too harsh of grading. My first C.

Topics were interesting so lectures are easy to sit through. Let's you out of class early most days. 4 tests that are impossible to exceed on. All or nothing point system. Looks like a total pig. Had no idea a professors appearance could distract me as much as his did. Surprised WOU let's him present himself the way that he does.

He never helped us with our assignments. Always spent hours writing on the board than erasing it saying we don't need it but it appears on the test. By far the laziest and worst instructor at wou. He needs to be fired and replaced

Only 4 tests, including the final. Drops lowest one. Whole grade is based on the 3 highest test scores. If you do well on the first 3 you don't need to take the final. Each test has 6 Q's and you pick 5 to answer. DO THE STUDY GUIDES. He takes some Q's directly from them, same answers too. Check email right before each class, he cancels sometimes.

This guy is an amazing teacher. Sure, his appearance throws you off-guard, but it is his lessons you should be paying attention to, not how he looks. No homework, just reading and tests. Had to write a children's story at the end of the term based on the concepts we learned throughout, which just solidified my understanding of the material.

Textbook has to be bought online, dont even bother buying it though, never used it. Take good notes because this is all what is on his tests. Book report/ speech due at end of term. Happy with how he graded. Class was not too bad. No electronics allowed.

I enjoyed lectures and the material. I found him witty and straight forward. He doesn't put up with people who text or are not going to pay attention. No assignments in his class only tests which are easy if you study for them. I would take another class of his.
