I had took Esteban's class right after Span200, so I was a little intimidated but it was a breeze. I never participated in class and got an A-. There was only 3 easy tests plus minor papers that were grade boosters. He is an easy grader on tests, just make sure you study the topics he puts on the board because those will show up more on the test.

He is the smartest man and always tries to make sure students understand material. You're always prepared for exams with practice activities and he speaks Spanish all the time. He's always willing to help you. Go in for office hours or talk to him after class! Participate in class because he loves to see that and it helps your grade.
